Never knew this hotel. Was looking for a good banquet Hall for a function in the vicinity of T Nagar and found this place Google search. But one call to their reception was enough for me to decide what sort of place and service it would be. The receptionist who picked up the call made me wait for nearly five minutes to tell me that no one is available at the banquet section? Why can't businesses like this have the basic understanding of creating that first impression at least. They will only keep losing customers like this?.

A Room with Drilling and Hammering noise, change of room declined on the guise that the repairs were of emergency and Will stop by evening, continuing all three days, stretched through evenings. Restaurant only for breakfast and otherwise its only room service. You don't get what you choose from menu, but get only what they have Regret my choice

The service is worst. Rooms are good, but the room service is worst and also the restaurant service is very poor. Ordered food and is very late and also at morning complementary breakfast ordered extra foood and till the last moment they did not provide it and they said the restaurant is closed. Rooms also they are doing renovation and can’t sleep peacefully, so requested them to change a different room. The front office person was also rude, as if he behaves that we are staying for free of cost. I don’t know the owner or manager is seeing this or they are leaving as it is. Overall a worst experience for the given money

’Not worth the ’5000 budget. The night was full of mosquitoes. There was some noise from the centralized air conditioner, making it difficult to sleep. The main door was not locking properly. Complimentary items included only one water bottle and one soap for a two-room stay. Toothbrush kits were not provided at all, and when we requested them from room service, they gave only one piece. A terrible experience.’

What's Good: the rooms are comfortable
What needs to improve : reception staff can be more accomodating to special cases
Reason For Rating : Did not a get chance to stay because of flight delay. Could only check in in the morning and they denied me late chheck out.

What's Good: Good ambience, good complementary breakfast, good maintenance androom service. But, i am disappointed with the facr that they are charging more than MRP for few snacks that are arranged inside the room. That is not fair. Otherwise, everything is excellent for the price. Freindly staff especially.

Reason For Rating : Thank you for your response. This is in regards to your booking under reference number 291181690427 Ref. INTERACTION ID 'YA:15858040' and once again thank you for your kind response . The hotel people didn't respond for the booking and they simply directed me to cancel the booking through yathra I have tried to your helpline number but there is no response Hence kindly cancel the booking and refund the full money Really it is one of my worst expertise have ever faced
