’ I visited the venue for a company get-together with colleagues and senior management. ’ The catering featured a selection of 10 non-vegetarian and 10 vegetarian dishes, which were acceptable in taste and aligned with the expectations of a 3-star establishment. However, considering the price they are charging, the variety offered seems reasonable but not exceptional. ’ The highlight of the meal was undoubtedly the dessert selection, which stood out in both presentation and flavor. ’ The service throughout the event was satisfactory.

Stayed in hotel for 2 days to attend wedding reception. Hotel is well maintained, good service, good reception Hall, well mannered staff, good food, bright natural light during day through skylight roof in the center, reasonably priced, Ample space for car parking. The furnitures are strong. Fittings & fixtures are neatly maintained. Appreciate management on the management & staff. Suggest a strong wooden ramp for wheelchair at hotel entrance & reception hall. Overall it was a value for money & pleasant stay.

I would say maily Bidya from reservations. I really appreciate the help that she have provided the services the she maintained incredible. I felt she have maintained all the standards of the hotel and made is high. Thank you bidya. Fantastic Hotel in the Heart of the City We usually prefer this hotel for our staff training programs and dealers’ meets ’ and it never disappoints. The location is excellent, right in the heart of the city. The food is consistently delicious, and the banquet service is truly outstanding. Special thanks to Mr. Sathish and Mr. Murugan for their exceptional support. Every single staff member is committed, efficient, and sincere in their work. Highly recommended for corporate events and gatherings.

Good budget hotel. Very spacious rooms and the lobby area is beautiful with transparent lift and nice interiors. Reception is a bit slow in terms of keeping people waiting for check in even when there are only a few guests. I stayed there for a few days and staff was helpful. I had problems with expired milk powder provided to make tea inside the room but it was dealt with promptly. Good to see that there is a department dedicated to keep quality checks and act promptly when complaints arise. Breakfast buffet has good variety. I cannot consume egg so they prepared special eggless pastries for me, which was kind of nice. Overall good stay and hotel is a good choice if you are in Chennai.

What's Good: The Staff , Food, Cleanliness and the lovely Ambiance
What needs to improve : umm... i didnt have any bad experience
Reason For Rating : Most friendly and helpful receptionist ever, so lovely and great first impression of hotel. The hotel was so clean and staff was amazing The restaurant staff were just lovely and the food was amazing I was very pleased with my stay, and although short and sweet this time, I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.
