’’’’’ Stayed at The Park Hotel Chennai for the first time and it was a truly delightful experience. The hotel perfectly blends luxury with comfort. From the moment I checked in, the staff was courteous and attentive, making me feel instantly welcomed. The room was spotless, well-furnished, and had all the modern amenities one would expect from a 5-star property. The location is excellent ’ centrally placed, making it easy to access major spots in the city. The in-house restaurants offered a wide variety of cuisines, and every meal was a treat! Highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure travelers. Exceptional hospitality, stylish interiors, and a peaceful atmosphere ’ The Park Chennai definitely lives up to its reputation.

I recently checked into The Park Hotel, which is positioned as a 5-star property. While the room itself looked decent and well-arranged at first glance, the overall experience didn’t quite match the expectations that come with a 5-star rating. The restroom was particularly disappointing’there were visible patchworks, signs of rust near the door, and it lacked the sense of cleanliness and finish you’d typically expect at this level. It honestly felt more like a 2-star setup when it came to restroom quality and maintenance. I also noticed a leak in the corridor, which further added to the impression that upkeep and attention to detail were not being prioritized. For the price point and the 5-star classification, I expected better standards across the board. Hoping the management takes note and addresses these concerns for future guests.

My wife and I stayed at Park during our trip to the U.S. consulate. Consulate is right next to it but not walkable as there is a busy highway that needs to be crossed. The rooms were very basic and felt more like a good three star motel, especially considering the $120 price we paid. The staff were good but didn’t seem welcoming and probably it’s just the people at the reception. Later we found someone who helped us get a printout and gave us details about food places. Unfortunately, we mistakenly booked the room for just one person, and the front desk charged an additional $20 to account for the second guest. We were told that this charge would also cover breakfast for both of us. However, the next morning, only one of us was listed for breakfast, and despite explaining the situation, they couldn’t allow both of us to eat. As we were in a hurry, we ended up skipping breakfast altogether. Unfortunately, my whole experience felt like I’m standing in an Indian government office requesting things rather than a hospitality facility I paid for.

One the worst corporate stay experience. The room assigned was smelling like fungus infestation. The hotel front desk staff were not helpful at all and were uncooperative. The lobby was like a railway station with people sitting there all the time. For the room rent they charge the hospitality was really below standards. The coffee/ tea options in the room were also not replenished. Overall other than its proximity to the VFC Center there is nothing good about this hotel. Would advise people visiting for corporate work to give this a skip.

The rooms are not up to the standards of a 5-star hotel. While the hotel boasts premium pricing, the overall atmosphere in the room feels underwhelming and lacks the elegance typically associated with a luxury property. The decor feels tired and uninspiring and so is the outdated interiors. In the bathroom the rim around the toilet bowl was dirty, and the soap dish was rusty. The morning buffet was good, and so was the restaurant. The staff were very helpful and courteous. Its strategic location near the US Consulate remains one of its biggest advantages, particularly for travelers in town for visa related appointments.
